It is the responsibility of the rider to comply with applicable road safety rules and guidelines. We recommend that all riders wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads, when riding.
REPAIRS
- All repair services are subject to availability, and we strive to complete repairs in a timely manner. However, due to demand and parts availability, there is an usual waiting period of 2–3 business days for general repairs.
- For electrical issues, a usual waiting period of 1 week is required, as these repairs may involve more extensive diagnostics or sourcing of parts.
- Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of required components. We will notify you of any delays or changes to the repair timeline.
- While we take all necessary precautions to ensure that your e-scooter is handled with care during repairs, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects that may be discovered during the repair process.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all parts and accessories provided for repair are in good condition. Additional charges may apply if replacement parts are required.
ORDER & PAYMENT
- All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock information up to date; however, in some cases, items may be out of stock or discontinued.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless explicitly agreed upon by Electric Scooter World. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement.
- Payments must be made in full before the processing of orders or repair services. We accept various payment methods, and payments are processed securely through our designated payment providers.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is an error in pricing or description, we will notify the customer before processing the order.
SMART ACCESS SURCHARGE
- A smart access surcharge applies to all orders and repairs involving smart-enabled scooters or accessories. The surcharge is for additional services, including setup, integration, and troubleshooting related to smart features. This surcharge is non-refundable.
LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
- Electric Scooter World provides a warranty on all new e-scooters and mobility scooters sold, which covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their e-scooter or mobility scooter is used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Electric Scooter World is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- While we aim to provide accurate descriptions of products and services, Electric Scooter World does not guarantee the accuracy of all information on the website and reserves the right to correct any errors at any time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase. Customers must provide proof of purchase.
- Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Refunds for defective products will only be issued after the item has been assessed by our technical team and found to have a manufacturing fault.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery address. Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated to the customer before processing the order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for order and repair tracking purposes. Failure to do so may result in delays or issues with processing orders and repairs.
- Customers must check the condition of their products immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for timely resolution.

- Electric Scooter World reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
